Here's an event for libertarians looking to explore the Free State can attend in February. Keynote speaker will be noted ABC anchor John Stossel, host of his famous "Gimme a Break!" debunking shows, cohost of 20/20, and author of several books, including "Give Me A Break". Other speakers will include:
Further information about registration, fees, etc. can be found at the FSP's website page on the event.
Early Bird registration is happening now, so the FSP recommends getting the best pricing while you can. Ticket prices of the event will get more expensive. The prices seem especially reasonable, given the quality of the speakers and variety of panel discussions available.
Also, they have negotiated a special rate at the Holiday Inn, once their quota is reached, the hotel rate will be higher as well.
There will aso be other panel discussions on various topics, there appears to be a rather full schedule of events, which will only fill out as the event nears. They've got five speaking halls reserved for this, in addition to the main hall.
